EXECUTIVE OVERVIEWS
CHERYL GLOVER
Cheryl R. Glover is the President and CEO of Round Table Alliances, Inc . 
Prior to starting Round Table Alliances, Ms. Glover was an executive manager of Professional Services Alliances for Telcordia Technologies, formerly Bellcore.  Ms. Glover has created strategic alliances developing new strategies, markets, products and distribution channels for Telcordia. She designed and developed new service solutions performing a multitude of roles from strategic, market and business planning and development, technology planning, program management and service creation. 

 

Cheryl has extensive experience assisting clients in addressing their business and technical challenges, and has worked extensively with US and International clients to evaluate markets, create business cases, value and risk assessments for advanced services and networks.  Cheryl was the designer and developer of Telcordia’s wireless business model used extensively by clients throughout the world. Cheryl has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specializing in engineering economics and marketing analysis.

 

Cheryl holds an MBA form the University of Southern California.
 
JOE CANDIA

Joe Candia is currently Vice President of Sales & Marketing as well as a  Project Manager within  Round Table Alliances.  Joe manages global client engagements in the areas of  Strategic Alliances, International marketing /sales, Market identification/penetration, Direct/channel sales, Revenue growth strategies, Competitive strategies, and Start-up business operations. Joe has over 25 years of expertise in the areas of strategic planning, sales and marketing.  He also has hands on experience consulting to fortune companies and major telecommunications companies in the areas of strategic business planning, organization development, executive coaching, competitive strategy development and vertical market analysis.  Joe has supported both domestic and international telecommunications companies in the introduction professional services

 

Joe was Principal for two business consulting firms that specialized in business process and human factor analysis.  He has also held Strategic Planning and Business Development positions with 2 major corporations.  Joe has a broad range of business background which includes financial analysis, auditing, business process re-design, organizational development, business development, marketing and strategic analysis. Joe holds an Executive MBA organizational behavior emphasis, Fairleigh Dickinson University , Madison , NJ

 
Lawrence J. Cataldo

As an independent consultant Larry has held project management positions, which include (1) planning and managing complex projects on-site and (2) leading economic research efforts. In past three years, managed diverse project teams in Saudi Arabia, Germany and the Czech Republic, which involved IT, telecom operations, engineering costs and financial assessments. Worked directly with telecom carriers worldwide assisting them in developing market-based pricing and costing methodologies, and conducting profitability studies on new technologies (e.g., ATM, mobile operations). Recent assignments included designing and developing financial tools for business decision-making. As an Executive manager and international consultant in a $5.5 Billion information technology and telecommunications firm, developing strategic and tactical initiatives. Packaged, bundled and promoted over $5 Million in new consulting contracts.

Larry is also a specialist in price elasticity, service costs, profitability and forecasting methods, advising major telecom operators and suppliers in the US, Europe and Asia. Expert witness for a Fortune 100 telecom firm and testified before a local regulatory commission on demand forecasting methods. Larry holds a MA in Economics.

ROBERT L. MAYER

Bob is an independent contractor and a product manager, systems and network engineer with extensive experience and success in a wide range of disciplines within the Telecommunications and Data Communications industry.  Skill set includes:

LANCE LINDSTROM

Lindstrom Marketing Strategies, Inc.

Lance Lindstrom is an independent marketing consultant and former senior marketing executive who assists technology companies in strategic planning, market research and marketing communications.  Before starting his consulting business, Lance was Director, Corporate Marketing for Telcordia Technologies (an SAIC company).  At Telcordia he developed original market research studies and competitive analyses for new business opportunities.  Lance helped create a strategic marketing p l an for software-based telecom support services, a l l owing market entry as an ASP for a multi-bi l l ion dollar international market.  Before Telcordia Lance was Vice President & Director, Dataquest Te l ecommunications, a division of Gartner Group Market Dynamics.  In that position he successfully integrated the business of his former company, Northern Business Information (NBI), with Dataquest.

  Lance was Managing Director of NBI, a unit of The McGraw-Hi l l Companies, from 1995 to 1997.  He directed NBI’s global market forecasting and competitive research activities for the Telecommunications Industry.  Among his achievements at NBI, Lance increased product deliverables by over one-third and grew revenues by 40% in two years.  Before that he was Managing Analyst Data Networking for Datapro Information Services Group, in which he managed Datapro’s information database of wide-area network access and switching techno l ogies, LAN internetworking, broadband network and network management systems.  Prior to joining Datapro Lance was a communications analyst for Data Decisions, a Ziff-Davis company; he a l so served as a communications specialist in the United States Air Force.  Lance holds a Bache l or of Arts degree from Glassboro State College, New Jersey (now Rowan University ) and a Master of Science from Drexel University , Pennsylvania.  He has he l d membership in several professional organizations, including The Society for Technical Communication, Wo/Men in  Telecommunications, and Toastmasters International.
